The birch kind is the best and what you want to look for. The brand I love (and buy in bulk to save $$) is Emerald Forest -- find on Amazon.com. I have used the Spry brand toothpaste, but found it contains some preservatives. Could you put a little note in your post not to feed foods made with Xylitol to Dogs?

I nearly lost my little pooch when he got into a package of my Xylitol sweetened gum.

Thanks! :-)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-607730351949527940.post-1378282238235486322011-02-23T14:26:10.582-05:002011-02-23T14:26:10.582-05:00Hi Beth! Cut out all sugar sources, used only stevia during that time in recipes. I think it took my body 6-8 weeks. The last 2 weeks I stayed on just in case any yeast was left lurking. A brand new woman after it tho, SO WORTH IT! I assume this is the next step for you?? :)Healing Cuisine by Elisehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07169717165496053539noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-607730351949527940.post-82281640238959841442011-02-23T10:52:04.632-05:002011-02-23T10:52:04.632-05:00Hi Elise, So what did you do for the candida clea...Hi Elise, So what did you do for the candida cleanse and how long did it take?
Bethbeth Schupanitznoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-607730351949527940.post-74879493269862878262010-12-10T10:23:39.872-05:002010-12-10T10:23:39.872-05:00Hi Jen. For almost all the recipes in the ebook, you'll notice I used spoonable stevia, so keep that in mind when converting. :) Happy holiday cooking!!
